Optional Extras
We do not have any optional extras that you must pay for. You may request a child seat or roof rack, but these items are provided with extra charge.
What about insurance, is there 100% no-risk available?
Yes! The price you see on our website includes full CDW (crash damage waiver) and covers damage to the car and its occupants. Also, necessary insurance for civil responsibility, bail bond and legal defence in Spain is included.
Can I get a car and return it to another location?
Yes, you can, and without any charges - anywhere between the north of the island and the south.
What about hotel deliveries?
Yes, we can deliver the car to all hotels as well as ports. We also have offices located in all airports throughout the Canary islands.
Collecting your car
If you are collecting your car at an airport, pick up will be from the Cicar desk in the appropriate terminal.
We will of course also deliver the car to your hotel free of charge, even after normal working hours. This is particularly helpful if you have encountered delays, arrive late at night or use tour operator transport to get to your hotel or resort. Remember, that you can drop your car off at the airport at the end of the rental if you wish.
How to make a reservation
This really is simple and safe. Do not feel overwhelmed by the reservation form on the reservation page. Simply fill in the required fields and press the 'submit info' button. You will then have the opportunity to send us your credit card details through our SSL server. This is state of the art encryption to protect your personal data and your credit card number whilst they are being transmitted to us over the internet. This is safe data transfer and you can rest assured that absolutely no one will be able to access your data. Alternatively, of course you can send us your credit card details by fax or telephone. Please ensure that your email address is correct. If you do not receive a reply from us - then your email address is probably incorrect and we are unable to contact you.
Vehicle quality and safety
We are happy to have a fleet of over 4500 cars in the Canary islands. All our cars are less than 12 months old and as we are also the main dealers for three top brands of car, we have facilities at our disposal that enable us to maintain our fleet to the highest technical standards. Changes, cancellations and refunds
We are well aware that changes sometimes have to be made to a holiday schedule and we will do our utmost to accommodate any changes you may want to make regarding your car rental. If you want to change the delivery location or type of car, please advise us as soon as possible. We will confirm that the requested change has been accepted and made. If you need to cancel your reservation upto 3 days before the rental period begins, you will receive a full refund, promptly and with NO charges.
Your privacy and security online
We take your privacy and online security very seriously indeed. This web site is secured using a GeoTrust Digital Certificate. This ensures that all information you send to us via the World Wide Web will be encrypted. If any other Internet user intercepts the communication he/she will only be able to see it in an encrypted (garbled) form. Certificate technology allows us to decrypt the information and view it in plain text form. This is safe data transfer and you can rest assured that absolutely no one will be able to access your personal details. Alternatively, of course you can send us your credit card details by fax or telephone. Finally, we can assure you that your personal data will not be passed on in any way to third party companies.
